1986 Chevy Scottsdale C10 Pickup
Up for sale is a 1986 Chevy Scottsdale C10 Longbed truck that was repainted back in 1994 getting a fresh coat of base coat/clear coat in her original color and still looks great having no issues and still has a good slick shine. She has the usual scratches and slight dings of a 14 year old paint jog, but NO RUST at all on the body even the bed looks like new. The dash pad was replaced, and the bench seat was recovered. The underside is also very clean with her floor pans and frame rails having only MINOR surface rust. I have extra new and used parts that will go with this sale.
In 2002 her owner installed a completely new drive train by building a brand new 350 ROLLER motor that gets about 18mpg. He bought a BRAND NEW block, New steel crank, New Eagle rods, New dart heads, New roller cam, New roller lifters, new pistons and everything else NEW NOT used or rebuilt and then the motor was Balanced and Blue Printed. At this time he bought a BRAND NEW California Bow Tie 700R4 Overdrive Transmission with a 1800 HD torque converter and installed it along with the new motor. He then removed the original rear gears and installed a 3:73 posi rear gear. This complete drive train now has about 40,000 miles on it. In 2003 the frontend was completely rebuilt. She has A/C that will FREEZE you out of this truck, and has working cruise control and tilt steering wheel and power steering and brakes. All gauges work as they should, and she has dual gas tanks and a gm tack in the dash. The Rally wheels and tires are fairly new with almost all of their tread still. This truck gets many compliments wherever I take it. Odometer shows almost 79,000 miles, but I have no proof that it is original so I’m guessing it’s 179,000. It will be hard to find a nicer truck than this one. She starts right up as she should with the high low idles properly working, she idles great and blows NO smoke has no ticking, and has No leaks at all. This truck drives srtaight down the road with no shakes or shimmies, and the transmission shifts firmly through all the gears as she should.

This truck will not leave until ALL FUNDS ARE IN HAND AND CLEARED. I will NOT take any money orders, bank checks or personal checks due to possible fraudulent checks.

Truck is being sold AS IS/WHERE IS with NO WARRANTY implied or offered so I recommend you personally view this truck or hire a third party to do it for you but it MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO THE AUCTIONS END.
