The body is 99.9% rust free. Drivers door lower corner has small bubbling but rest of rust is very light surface stuff that can be sanded off. Came from China Lake/Ridgecrest California where it spent most of its life. I purchased it a year and a half ago from a friend who runs a junkyard out there. People had him pick it up because it "wouldn't run right anymore...". I bought it because it was so clean and it is optioned so well. It started and drove fine up to 40 miles an hour where it would then poop out or almost stall. I replaced the fuel pump, had the carb rebuilt and changed the fuel filter. Problem solved! In the end the problem was really just the Nissan fuel filter they had put on. Currently registered but since my friend had to run it through his junkyard first the title now says SALVAGE. I have driven this vehicle two and half times from Sylmar to Ridgecrest and back which is 360 miles roundtrip with no problems whatsoever and then just locally here and there. WIndshield is new as of one month ago. Tires were new as of one year ago and about 1000 miles ago. Needs carpet, dash, dash face and some trim replaced. Has a welded tow bar set up on it. A/C does not come on when switch activated. Runs off the drivers side tank only as it needs the switch mechanism to engage the other tank. 4spd has the granny first so the stick reads L123 R. 4X4 engages fine and works with no problems. I can also be reached at 818 321 7667 if you have more questions.
