MOTIVATED SELLER! This is a 1979 Ford F100 truck that is looking for a serious restoration enthusiast. I purchased it with the intention of retoring it but have another project going on so the truck must go. What you see is what you get and the truck is sold as is. The balance can be paid upon pickup by seller via cash or cashier's check. Personal checks and money orders will NOT be accepted. Buyer is responsible for pickup, delivery or shipping as necessary. Truck will be sold with a bill of sale.
I am not a mechanic but I have had all mechanical work done by a very trusted and reputable person locally. Since I purchased it I have had many things done to it. I.e. new starter; new alternator; new voltage regulator; new muffler; new shocks; new motor mounts; new manifold and gaskets; new inner and outer tie rods; and rebuilt steering gear box. Since purchasing the truck I have spent $1,200 on parts and $2,100 on labor. The current engine and transmission has about 86,000 miles on it.
Yes the body needs restoration work for sure. The body has 186,000 miles on it. This is a short bed truck.
