This is a TRUE SOUTHERN TRUCK. Sold NEW in Charlotte NC and remained in the area it's entire life!
This truck is a 1972 Ford F-100 long bed with a 302 c.i. and 3 speed manual transmission on the column. The truck has just over 70,000 on the odometer at the moment. This truck is tagged and insured and we do drive it some so milage will vary slightly. We purchased this truck locally and were surprised to find a bankers bag in the glove box with the original paperwork inserted.
Comes with a ton of paper work, such as the ORIGINAL Build Sheet, the ORIGINAL Invoice where it was purchased from Young Ford in Charlotte, NC, and the ORIGINAL contract through First Union of North Carolina where the truck was financed... Also, numerous repair and parts receipts, the metal warranty tag, etc, etc...
This truck received a camo paint job at some point in it's lifetime. I wasn't real tickled with that so it has a fresh 2007 Mustang Redfire Pearlcoat paint job on it. Looks slick at 10 feet but you can see the trucks imperfections upon a closer look. It serves the purpose and looks fine when your hauling the groceries in! A new roll-in bedliner has also been completed. A new set of Crown Victoria Police Cruiser hub caps have been installed too. The interior was untouched, seat, headliner, and floor mat are in nice condition and original to the truck.
This was a basic truck, no power steering, no AC, no power brakes... but the brakes, lights, turn signals, etc are working and she drives pretty good down the road. It does need just a few minor things to finish it up. The windshield is cracked down the center but does not leak. It will need a fuel tank sending unit unless you just want to keep track of mileage on fill-ups like i have. Speedo shows 5mph less than actually speed (verified with GPS system). There is some slight lifter noise and a minor leak at the exhaust donut... We do not have a rear bumper back on the truck because the one that was on it (a step bumper) was bent and we didn't yet decide whether to go with a new step bumper or opt for a chrome car style rear bumper. We will give you the ORIGINAL step bumper along with the truck if you like. The original radio has been replaced with an aftermarket AM/FM/CASS. Truck has chrome swing lock mirrors and 1475 lb. rear spring from the factory.
Truck has a NEW clutch pack installed with less than 100 miles on it...
Clutch pack included flywheel, pressure plate, and clutch disk.
Overall, she's a fine truck with documentation included. The truck is for sale locally and we reserve the right to end the auction at any time for a local buyer. Contact us if you want to take an in-person look at the truck at our location. We'll twist the key and i'll take you for a spin down the road in her.
Delivery of the truck may be possible to the winning buyer for an additional fee of approximately $1.25 per loaded mile. Delivery area is limited so PLEASE ASK if you plan on having the truck delivered.
We will also load the truck onto the carrier of your choice at no charge, shipping arrangements and any related fees are to be paid by buyer and ALL payments must be cleared before we will release truck to your carrier.

A $500. non-refundable deposit will be due within 48 hours preferably by PayPal payment.
Balance to be paid in full within 5 business days after auction end, Cash will be acceptable at time of pick up for balance due. NO Cashiers Checks or Money Orders will be accepted UNLESS you wish to wait as much as 10 days to pick the truck up. We will not release the vehicle or paperwork BEFORE all payments have cleared.
