This auction is for a Beautiful 1999 Ford Lightning truck with only 74,000 miles, it has been very carefully maintained, and never abused - it was owned by a non smoking driver. It is currently adult owned, the motor was just replaced 9000 miles ago with a complete Ford factory crate motor that features a 3yr/75,000 mile warranty. The engine has been broken in and operated with Mobile one synthetic oil and a factory filter. This truck has new rear brakes and axle seals. The front brakes are in great shape and both engine drive belts are new gatorbelts, the tires are near new and the front end was recently aligned. We also performed the 72,000 mile transmission service with a new Factory Ford pan that has a drain plug in it and holds an extra quart of fluid and a new factory filter) The transmission shifts perfectly. This Lightning has a bedliner and toneau cover, tinted windows and the interior is in great shape, the paint is near perfect too. Other features are: AM/FM cassette and a factory 6-disc cd changer, A/C, Cruise Control, Power Locks, Power Steering, Remote Keyless Entry, Leather Interior, Power Seats, Airbag: Driver, Airbag: Passenger, Alarm, Anti-Lock Power Brakes, Fog Lights, Cassette Radio, CD Changer, Premium Sound, Power Windows, Tinted Glass, Alloy Wheels, Tow Package, Supercharged V8 engine, automatic transmission and rear wheel drive.. The body style is regular cab and the exterior color is the original red, and the interior fabric is gray.
The front headlamps and turn signal lamps are the upgraded clear type, ( I have all original parts) This truck also has a CA upper air intake, Accufab throttle body, KN air intake system and Motoblue spark plug coils and idler pulleys and a catback Flow Master exhaust in the factory location. . These few items increase HP to over 400HP and are worth several thousand dollars.
This truck looks, drives and runs beautifully. The new motor was professionally and carefully installed. (I purchased this truck with a defective motor).. The performance parts were originally purchased by the old owner and I had them installed on the new engine but the new engine has NEVER been abused nor raced. The old owner sold the truck to me because a new Ford motor installed was more than $6000.00. I had the new engine and performance parts installed and I have carefully broken in the new engine. You won't find one like this that hasn't been abused. Especially with a factory crate motor and its 75,000 mile warranty. The NADA retail for this truck is $15,900.
