Carport of Tampa is a Florida Registered Dealership. According to Florida law, If buyer plans to TRANSPORT the vehicle out of state, buyer will be responsible for registration and tax in their own state.
Bid retractions during the last 24 hours will be grounds for auction cancellation, and possible re-listing at the cost of that person or persons retracting their bids at our discretion.
If buyer resides Out-of State of Florida, and plans to pick-up the vehicle and DRIVE it home, buyer will be responsible to pay the tax on the car amount according to buyer’s state rate. Seller is then able to issue a TEMPORARY tag. The State of Florida will then transfer that tax to the collecting state in most cases.
All titles are present and can be picked up or sent via certified mail at the time of completion. For any further clarification, we suggest checking with us or at your local Department of Motor Vehicle.
After The Auction Ends
A deposit of $800.00 must be sent within 24 hours of the auction, and a full payment must be made within 5 days of the end date of the auction. Your bid is a binding legal contract, so consider your bid carefully before placing it.
