1994 GMC Sierra C1500 SLE, 2WD, 5.7L V8 Extended Cab Pick-Up Truck
Up for auction is a 1994 GMC Sierra C1500 SLE pick-up truck with 244,345 highway miles. I am only the second owner of this truck, and I have the original window sticker with a sale price of $22,342.
This is 2-door pick-up with extended cab. It is 2 WD (rear wheel drive). It has a 5.7 liter V8 gas engine with electronic fuel injection (EFI). It has a 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive. The engine runs smoothly and strongly, and the transmission shifts perfectly.
The truck has a new Sears battery, and I recently changed the oil and filter. Since I have owned the vehicle, I religiously changed the oil myself every 3000 miles. I believe this is one reason why the truck runs so well at 244,000+ miles.

The interior features gray cloth and is very clean. The seats do not have any tears or stains. The truck has not been smoked in.
The exterior paint color is Dark Hunt Club Red metallic with Quicksilver metallic bottom accents. I have 2 unused small touch-up paint containers, which I will include. The body has some rust and dents, and the rear bumper is dented. The rear passenger lower panel has a section which has rusted through. All these imperfections can be shown in the pictures.
All power features (windows, door locks, etc.) work just fine.
There are only a couple items which should be taken into consideration. The A/C works, but it is often not as cold as it should be. It probably needs more refrigerant. The windshield wipers sometimes stop working. I think this is due to a faulty “multifunction lever,” which controls the windshield wipers/washer, turn signals, high beams, and cruise control. I am including 3 replacement multifunction levers, which I purchased from a salvage yard. One of these will very likely correct the wiper issue.

The vehicle is currently (as of April 2008) unregistered in the state of Ohio – simply because I no longer need a second vehicle and have little need for the truck. The winner of this auction must obtain a temporary registration, which will allow the vehicle to be driven.

Please note that this pick-up is being sold AS IS with no expressed or implied warranty and no refunds. I have done my best to represent the vehicle as well and as accurately as possible. If you have any questions, please ask and I will do my best to answer quickly and completely.
It is up to the buyer to see and further inspect the vehicle, if desired, before the end of the auction. Winning bidder agrees to pay a $200 deposit within 48 hours of auction end. This deposit can be made through PayPal. Full balance is due within 7 days after close of auction. For the final payment, I will only accept cash, cashier’s check, or certified check (no PayPal for final payment).
Vehicle must be picked up within 7 days of auction close. Buyer is responsible for picking up the truck, or arranging and paying for shipping. We are located in the Cleveland, OH area, and will be happy to work with you to coordinate pick-up.
